After not having the opportunity to see a dentist for years, I was quite embarrassed and ashamed to get a cleaning and checkup. Every single person made me feel comfortable and so grateful to have gone. I have so much relief and confidence now and also a plan for the future. Today was my very first time as a patient at MINT Denistry and I had to bring my 9 month old daughter with me. She quickly became a bit bored and fussy. Internally frustrated, I consider leaving and just coming back another day. As soon as I was going to get up from the exam chair, one of the ladies in the office named Kellie (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) came and offered to watch my baby. I was a little hesitant because my daughter isn't comfortable with people that she doesn't know but she went to Kellie with no hesitation. Kellie even offered to play Blue Clues for my daughter while she watched her. (Thank you so much for that!) My hygienist was very professional, helpful, and did wonderful job with cleaning my teeth. I am sooo very thankful for my experience here. The staff is A M A Z I N G!!! It's always the little things for me. More
I was skeptical to use a chain establishment for dentistry, so I came in with a critical attitude. Every single staff person I came in contact with greeted me pleasantly and professionally. Dr. Mensah and her team gave me 1) the most thorough cleaning I've ever had in my adult life 2) answers to all my questions about my dental health 3) made sure I was comfortable (and even a little pampered) during my visit. I've had dental fears for years and it all went away this afternoon with the experience I had at the White Rock office! Hunter up front was funny and personable and made me feel comfortable. John, the hygienist was a-m-a-z-i-n-g! I expressed my fears and he took his time with everything and let me know every part of what he was doing and what was going on so I could have peace of mind. He even took time in between what he was doing to talk with me and answer each of my questions and explain everything to me in a way I could understand. I delayed going to the dentist before and now I can't wait for my next cleaning! More
The best dentist office in town! I recently switched over from a different dental office and can't say enough how pleased I was with the service here. I could not stop looking at my teeth after I left from my cleaning. From the manager, to the assistant Yuli (such a sweetheart), and the dentist herself. Me and my daughter will definitely be back! Im ashamed to admit how long it's been since we've had our cleanings, but my husband and I finally bit the bullet and went on a dentist date. The staff at Mint White Rock did an amazing job at assuaging our dentist-related anxiety. From Sandy who warmly greeted us at the front desk, to Ryan who did my cleaning, and Dr. Tran who did not make us feel guilty or shameful about our lack of regular scheduled visits - everyone really took such great care of us and made what has historically been a painstaking process for us very very painless. Scheduling online was so easy, not to mention we were able to fill out all the annoying paperwork online beforehand, which saved us time on our visit. The office itself is well-appointed, sleek, and comfortable. Let me say, if we must go have sharp objects and strangers' fingers in our mouths, this is the place to do it. We have officially found our regular dental office, and thanks to them, we'll be back on track with this not-so-fun but necessary part of adulting. More
White Rock Mint Dentistry is far the best dentist office I have every been too! The staff is both friendly and professional. I finally found my dentist! The last place I went wanted to do unnecessary work, but at Mint they did what I needed and didn’t push me to do any more! The building is lovely, the staff is super friendly, the cleaning was thorough but gentle, and in they way out they even gave me a fun lipstick to wear when I show off my clean teeth! (they have chapstick and sunglasses for those not inclined to wear lipstick) Highly recommend! More
Everyone was so friendly! They got me in really fast and had my cleaning and cavity filled within an hour. They explained everything and were so sweet. I hate going to the dentist but, I actually enjoyed my time here. It was my first time and I’ll be switching my family here. Yuli talked me through everything and gave me details on what she was doing and when!you get free whitening massaging chairs Netflix i was actually very excited to go to the dentist!!! Just an update on my previous review i have had bleeding gums bad my whole life my last dentist could never fix them and yes i floss but it never helped i got a regular cleaning at Mint and my gums almost immediately have turned a healthy pink color im using the whitening trays my teeth are getting whiter i am so Happy with my visit with mint and have since scheduled my husband to go to mint as well! Yuli was great! She was super sweet and she took me through the process while she was taking my teeth photos. Usually the X-ray part hurts because the size is too big, but it didn’t this time. Dr. Tran was really sweet as well. She helped me understand that I should be using a soft bristle toothbrush because the toothpaste already has properties that scrub and cause gum recession. They took care of my deep cleaning right after my exam! HUGE WIN for me, because Great Expressions in Oak Lawn refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to their quote — over $2,000. I knew there was something wrong. So glad I found this place. Hailey the hygienist was SUPER thorough and helpful! She has an awesome attitude and she told me a few tips and great pieces of educational info that made me feel that she advocated for my dental health. Bryan was really sweet too, he went over my charges and did his best to be as cost conscious as I would be. This is the first time that I felt valued and heard in a dental office. There are a few perks that were a surprise for me, so I’m not going to spoil that for new clients. Hint photos. I definitely recommend coming this location to find out how they can surprise and delight. More
This location is perfect N hidden. It was not bust when I arrived and everyone was nice and kind to me. The dentist was perfect talk to me the whole way of my deep cleaning and made sure I was okay. Will definitely tell everyone to go here!!!!!!!!!! More
