Shout out to White Rock Mint Dentistry. This was my second visit for a six-month cleaning. I also needed a filling, which they managed to do during the same appointment. The front desk staff are very friendly. Dr. Cunningham is awesome, friendly, and professional. The hygienist and dental assistant were also great, kind, and considerate, always making sure I was comfortable. More

Dr. Rahimian was Amazing! Let's face it who likes going to the dentist, right? But she had the best personality, a very light hand, and talked you through the whole process to keep you in the know. My husband has issues opening his mouth and has always been told "he needs to he referred out to the ortho". Not today! She took care of him with no problems. The dental hygienist Jaclyn was just as good! Light hand, talked you through and everything and did not have issues even with my husband's situation. Front staff Dayna and Melissa are very professional, sweet, and explanatory on our dental plans. Overall all White Rock Staff was the BEST. I have been a Mint Dentistry patient for years, and today with this specific staff was our favorite! Can leave out the Xray tech I did not get the gentleman's name BUT he was patient and kind. More

Great kind customer service from dental staff, not as much from the front desk. They informed the schedule was running ahead and I agreed to change my 4:30 to 4pm. I was running about 10 mins late for the 4pm and called to inform. The lady who answered the call seemed to want to penalize me yet I was respectfully informing at 3:59pm and THEY were the ones saying it was a slow day 🤷‍♀️ More

Dana at the front desk walked me through all the paperwork, payments, and her customer service is stellar. Alexis the Dental Assistant, and the hygienist, Jacqueline was so patient with me and are top tier with their professionalism and the way they completed each part of my treatment yesterday. Dr. Cunningham, the Dentist was amazing as well because my blood pressure shot up when I arrived ( because I was nervous). They turned on the music, dimmed the lights to provide me a quiet atmosphere, and even waited an extra 45 minutes for me to calm down. I was checked on every 20 minutes until my blood pressure was an a reasonable number to begin my treatment. Once I was at a safe blood pressure read I given the numbing gel, and additional numbing meds. I walked in with a scattered mindset about the treatment, and left out willing to come back to finish up the rest of my treatment the following week. I was so happy when mint dentistry figured out how to navigate my insurance. For four years, I couldn’t find a member dentist to take my insurance. My insurance is Blue Cross Blue Shield. They had a nice office with a friendly staff. And good dental service. More

Jesse the young man that works at the front office is absolutely amazing he is so nice and was very patient with me because I have dental anxiety very very bad. Patzy the dental assistant made me feel so comfortable, she hooked me up with water,so nice doing the X-ray, and hooked me up with the sunglasses, the nice dental chair, and the heat on the chair I was in heaven. The dental hygienist was/is amazing I want to take her home with me to keep my teeth clean 😂. The dentist made me feel so comfortable,even when I started to cry. Today was my very first time as a patient at MINT Denistry and I had to bring my 9 month old daughter with me. She quickly became a bit bored and fussy. Internally frustrated, I consider leaving and just coming back another day. As soon as I was going to get up from the exam chair, one of the ladies in the office named Kellie (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) came and offered to watch my baby. I was a little hesitant because my daughter isn't comfortable with people that she doesn't know but she went to Kellie with no hesitation. Kellie even offered to play Blue Clues for my daughter while she watched her. (Thank you so much for that!) My hygienist was very professional, helpful, and did wonderful job with cleaning my teeth. I've had dental fears for years and it all went away this afternoon with the experience I had at the White Rock office! Hunter up front was funny and personable and made me feel comfortable. John, the hygienist was a-m-a-z-i-n-g! I expressed my fears and he took his time with everything and let me know every part of what he was doing and what was going on so I could have peace of mind. He even took time in between what he was doing to talk with me and answer each of my questions and explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Im ashamed to admit how long it's been since we've had our cleanings, but my husband and I finally bit the bullet and went on a dentist date. The staff at Mint White Rock did an amazing job at assuaging our dentist-related anxiety. From Sandy who warmly greeted us at the front desk, to Ryan who did my cleaning, and Dr. Tran who did not make us feel guilty or shameful about our lack of regular scheduled visits - everyone really took such great care of us and made what has historically been a painstaking process for us very very painless. Scheduling online was so easy, not to mention we were able to fill out all the annoying paperwork online beforehand, which saved us time on our visit. The office itself is well-appointed, sleek, and comfortable. Let me say, if we must go have sharp objects and strangers' fingers in our mouths, this is the place to do it. We have officially found our regular dental office, and thanks to them, we'll be back on track with this not-so-fun but necessary part of adulting. More

I finally found my dentist! The last place I went wanted to do unnecessary work, but at Mint they did what I needed and didn’t push me to do any more! The building is lovely, the staff is super friendly, the cleaning was thorough but gentle, and in they way out they even gave me a fun lipstick to wear when I show off my clean teeth! (they have chapstick and sunglasses for those not inclined to wear lipstick) Highly recommend! More

Just an update on my previous review i have had bleeding gums bad my whole life my last dentist could never fix them and yes i floss but it never helped i got a regular cleaning at Mint and my gums almost immediately have turned a healthy pink color im using the whitening trays my teeth are getting whiter i am so Happy with my visit with mint and have since scheduled my husband to go to mint as well! More

Everyone was so friendly! They got me in really fast and had my cleaning and cavity filled within an hour. They explained everything and were so sweet. One of the things I’ve disliked in life, the Dentist! That was until today! From check in at the front desk, X-rays, to molds for whitening, the exam and ultimately the reason I went, teeth cleaning, what an experience! Dr. Tran & her team, WOW! Yuli was great! She was super sweet and she took me through the process while she was taking my teeth photos. Usually the X-ray part hurts because the size is too big, but it didn’t this time. Dr. Tran was really sweet as well. She helped me understand that I should be using a soft bristle toothbrush because the toothpaste already has properties that scrub and cause gum recession. They took care of my deep cleaning right after my exam! HUGE WIN for me, because Great Expressions in Oak Lawn refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to their quote — over $2,000. I knew there was something wrong. So glad I found this place. Hailey the hygienist was SUPER thorough and helpful! She has an awesome attitude and she told me a few tips and great pieces of educational info that made me feel that she advocated for my dental health. Bryan was really sweet too, he went over my charges and did his best to be as cost conscious as I would be. This is the first time that I felt valued and heard in a dental office. There are a few perks that were a surprise for me, so I’m not going to spoil that for new clients. Hint photos. I definitely recommend coming this location to find out how they can surprise and delight. More
